Happening on August 21st at the Bow Valley Ranche Restaurant as part of our monthly series where our chef will let loose his culinary creativity into creating the most refined and palate pleasing dishes with Canadian Cuisine as inspiration for his creations…

1st Course: Wild Mushroom Vol-au-vent
Wild mushroom cream, glace de viande

2nd Course: Manitoba Arctic Char
Corn mill crust, creamy kale & spinach, saffron Pernod sauce

3rd Course: Alberta Beef Tenderloin
Seasonal vegetables, gratin dauphinoise, demi glace made with BC Merlot

4th Course: Canadian Cheese
