Cork & Cuisine: Oktoberfest
We couldn’t just let Germany have all the fun! We’re having our own fine dining version of the Bavarian celebration and would love for you to join us on this month’s Cork & Cuisine theme “Oktoberfest”
Featuring a new theme each month, the series aims to pair exquisite wines from all over the world with top culinary dishes prepared by Chef Antonio De Angelis and wine pairings by Willow Park Wine & Spirits.
1st Course: Grilled Bratwurst
with sauerkraut and pretzel
2nd Course: Cheese & Dunkel Beer Soup
with green onion and croutons
3rd Course: Veal Schnitzel
with potato salad, carrot and bacon beans
Dessert: Black Forest Cake
with maraschino cherry
